We keep it simple:

We keep meticulous track of our hours and materials receipts for your projects, then invoice you weekly. 

Subcontractors, if used, will send us an invoice, which we pass through to you. 

A 15-20% contractor fee is added to all projects, depending on the size.

Hourly rates range from $50-$80, depending on the seniority and experience of the resource.

Large projects include a contract.

When payment is due for work completed, I will invoice you electronically via PDF with a variety of options for payment type.
